控根辅弓的临床应用及疗效分析

目的:通过对使用控根辅弓的临床总结,分析其对上下颌前牙控根移动的效果。方法:采集直丝弓矫治后期使用该控根辅弓患者30例,详细说明该辅弓临床操作步骤、弯制方法并附病例报告,最后对治疗前后上切牙牙齿轴倾度及覆盖进行比较,做出统计学分析。结果:将控根辅弓应用于直丝弓矫治器上,取得了满意的前牙控根移动效果。30例患者的前牙覆盖明显变小,牙齿轴倾度基本正常。结论:控根辅弓在"精细调整"阶段调整前牙关系效果显著。

The clinical application and curative effect analysis of controlling root auxiliary arch

Objective:The aim of the article is to use case summary of controlling root auxiliary arch,analysis the curative effect of controlling root movement of the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth.Methods:Collecting thirty patient who using controlling root auxiliary arch when anaphase of deploying straight wire appliance,explaining in full clinical steps and bending methods of the auxiliary arch,attaching case reports.Eventually,comparing the present axial gradient and ovejet of maxillary incisor teeth with the past,making statistics analyses.Results:Making use of controlling root auxiliary arch in straight wire appliance is so good for controlling root movement of anterior teeth.The overjet and axial gradient of anterior teeth have becomed nomal.Conclusion:Controlling root auxiliary arch is very effective when optimizing the relationship of anterior occlusion at the detailing stage of treatment.
