摘 要: | 用杂交瘤技术制备了一识别E受体单克隆抗体Tlla(JN20-5),间接免疫荧光分析表明Tlla(JN 20-5)与多种T细胞反应,并识别人外周血全部T细胞。此抗体对E玫瑰花生成有明显阻断作用,其相应抗原又与E受体一样对胰酶消化敏感。外周血单个核细胞经PHA刺激不同时间后与Tlla(JN 20-5)及另一CD_2抗体的反应百分率无明显增加,但反应强度增加。标准CD_2抗体Leu 5b、Anti-CCT_3都有阻断FITC标记Tlla(JN 20-5)的作用,说明Tlla(JN 20-5)为一识别E玫瑰花受体的单克隆抗体。

A MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY RECOGNIZING THE E ROSETTE RECEPTOR ON HUMAN T LYMPHOCYTES |

Abstract: | A monoclonal antibody Tlla(JN20-5)was raised against human fetal thymocytes.This McAb reacted with majority of T cells but not other cells tested,and blocked the formation of E rosettes.The corresponding antigen was sensitive to trypsin digestion.The expression of this antigen was increased by FHA stimulation.Two McAbs of CD2 group blocked the binding of FITC labelled T11a(JN20-5)to PBL.Therefore,T11a(JN20-5)recognizes the E rosette receptors of human T lymphocytes and belongs to CD2 group of McAb. |
