| 摘 要： | 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)在早期新生儿细菌感染性疾病中的诊断价值和临床意义。方法用比浊法检测50例患细菌感染性疾病早期新生儿(感染组)和30例生理性黄疸新生儿(对照组)在治疗前后CRP变化水平,并比较其临床意义。结果治疗前感染组血清CRP值明显高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而治疗后感染组血清CRP值明显降低,恢复到正常范围内。结论 CRP是一个较好的新生儿细菌感染的早期诊断指标,有利于指导临床用药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the changes of C - reactive protein and its clinical significance in early stage of neonatal bacterial infections. Methods The serum levels of C - reactive protein （CRP） in 50 neonates with early bacterial infections were detected by turbidimetry and compared with those of 30 neonates with physiological jaundice before and after treatment. Results The serum level of CRP in bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that of control group before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. However, the serum level of CRP decreased to normal range after treatment. Conclusion The above - mentioned results indicated that serum level of CRP may be served as an early indicator in early stage of neonatal bacterial infections, and it can provide guide for clinical medication. |
