覆膜支架置入治疗食管瘘的临床应用

目的探讨覆膜内支架置入治疗食管瘘的可行性及临床疗效。方法 21例食管瘘患者运用食管覆膜支架置入封堵食管瘘口。术后抗炎营养支持治疗,吻合口-胸腔瘘患者继续胸腔闭式引流。结果 20例置入食管覆膜支架堵瘘口,技术操作均一次性成功,1例第1枚支架移位取出再置入第2枚成功。瘘口封堵满意。结论覆膜支架置入治疗食管瘘操作技术安全,临床疗效肯定。

Study on feasibility and clinical effect of cervicobasilar ligament endoprosthesis insertion for treatment of esophageal fistula

Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of cervicobasilar ligament endoprosthesis insertion in treatment of esophageal fistula. Methods Twenty - one cases of esophageal fistula were treated with cervicobasilar ligament endoprosthesis insertion for sealing esophagostoma. Anti - inflammatory treatment and nutritional support therapy were given after operation. Thoracic cavity closed drainage was continuously kept in patients with stoma - thoracic cavity fistula. Results Cervicobasilar ligament endoprosthesis was successfully placed in 20 cases. Only 1 case needed additional insertion. All orifice fistulas were Satisfactorily sealed. Conclusion Treatment with cervicobasilar ligament endoprosthesis insertion for esophageal fistula is safe with confirmed clinical therapeuticeffect.
