急性胰腺炎患者血液流变性及血脂的改变

目的 通过分析血液流变性的变化探讨急性胰腺炎的发病机制,并观察急性胰腺炎患者血脂的改变.方法 对2009年1月至2011年2月收治的急性胰腺炎患者32例(试验组)进行血液流变性分析并检测其血脂的变化,并与同期健康体检者60例(对照组)进行对比分析.结果 试验组的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、血沉方程K值、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血清甘油三酯及血浆总胆固醇均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 血液流变性的异常变化、高血脂与急性胰腺炎患者的发病机制有着密切的联系,在急性胰腺炎的发病过程中起到了重要作用,能加重患者的病情,严重地损害患者的机体机能.

Study on hemorrheological parameters and blood lipid changes in patients with acute pancreatitis

Objective To discuss the pathogenesis of acute panereatitis by analyzing the ehanges of hemorrheologieal parameters, and to observe the changes in blood lipids of patients with acute panereatitis. Methods The data of hemorrheologieal parameters and ehanges in blood lipids of 32 patients with acute panereatitis （trial group） in this hospital during January 2009 to February 2011 were analyzed and compared with those of 60 healthy persons （ eontrol group） at the same period. Results The whole blood vlseosity, plasma viscosity, erythroeyte sedimentation rate, K value, hernatoerit, fibrinogen, serum triglyeerides and total plasma eholesteral in patients of trial group were higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The abnormal ehanges in hemorrheologieal parameters and high blood level of cholesterol were related to the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis; they played an important role in pathogenesis of acute panereatitis, and they can increase the severity of disease and seriously damage the body ftmetion of patients.
