雾化吸入起始时间对全身麻醉手术后咽痛缓解的影响探讨

目的:探讨雾化吸入起始时间对全身麻醉手术后咽痛缓解的影响。方法:选取168例经口腔气管插管全身麻醉手术的剖宫产及妇科手术患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者在全身麻醉清醒后的6 h给予雾化吸入,2次/d,连续3 d;对照组患者在全身麻醉清醒后的24 h给予雾化吸入,同样2次/d,连续3 d。观察并记录患者的主诉,用Prince-Henry评分法对患者在术后第3天的疼痛程度进行评价,比较两组患者咽喉部疼痛改善情况。结果:两组患者在术后第3天的疼痛程度与术后第1天相比均显著减轻,疼痛评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在术后第3天的疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雾化吸入是预防和缓解经口气管插管全身麻醉术后咽喉疼痛的有效方法,早期应用效果更好。

The discuss for the influence of the starting time of aerosol inhalation of general surgery sore throat

Objective To explore the the influence of the starting time of aerosol inhalation of general surgery sore throat.Methods Put the 168 patients with the oral endotracheal intubation surgery under general anesthesia as the research object,divided into trial group and control group randomly,gave the observation group patients after six hours of anesthesia awake atomization inhalation,twice a day for three days;gave the control group patients after twenty-four hours of anesthesia awake atomization inhalation,the same twice a day for three days.observed and recorded the complaints of the patients,used the Prince-Henry evaluation method for patients in the third day of pain degree evaluation,compared the throat pain improved of the two groups of patients.Results Two groups of patients postoperative in the third day of pain was significantly reduced compared to in the first day,the pain score both had significant differences(P<0.05),The pain score of observation group patients in the third day was significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference has statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerosolized is the the effective method to prevent and ease the throat pain of the patients who with the oral endotracheal intubation surgery under general anesthesia,and early applic the ation effect is better.
