无抽搐电休克治疗对精神分裂症患者脑电图和血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、髓鞘碱性蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的:评价无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对精神分裂症患者脑电图和血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)的影响。方法:32例精神分裂症急性发作的患者给予MECT,共6次,同时分别于治疗前后测定脑电图和血清NSE、MBP的浓度。结果:MECT前后血清NSE和MBP的浓度无显著变化(P>0.05)。治疗后脑电图异常发生率为28.13%明显高于治疗前6.67%(χ2=3.952,P=0.047);治疗前后脑电图比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论:MECT对精神分裂症患者神经系统可能无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective:To assess effects of modified electroconvulsive therapy of patients with schizophrenia on electroencephalogram(EEG),serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) and myelin basic protein(MBP).Method:32 patients with acute-episode schizophrenia were given six modified electroconvulsive therapy.It was detected for EEG,serum NSE and MBP at pre and post-MECT.Results:There were not significantly difference on serum NSE and MBP at pre and post-MECT(P>0.05).Abnormal EEG after treatment 28.13% was significantly more than before treatment 6.67%(χ2=3.952,P=0.047).There was significant difference in EEG changes at pre and post-MECT(P=0.016).Conclusion:Modified electroconvulsive therapy may have not significantly affect the nervous system of patients with schizophrenia.
