乳腺癌根治术后患者心理问题与社会支持度调查分析和护理干预

目的:调查乳腺癌根治术后患者心理问题与社会支持度之间的相关性,探讨积极的护理干预对患者心理问题的改善。方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对2008年12月～2011年1月住院治疗的76例乳腺癌根治术后患者进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:本组乳腺癌根治术后患者整体心理健康状况较国内常模差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同社会支持的患者之间的心理健康状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极的社会支持与护理干预与乳腺癌根治术后患者的心理健康状况密切相关,良好的社会支持和积极的护理干预可以改善乳腺癌根治术后患者的心理健康状况。

Investigation and nursing intervention of mental health status and social support of breast cancer patients with radical surgery

Objective To investigate the mental health status and social support of breast cancer patients with radical surgery and to explore the nursing intervention for the improvement of the psychological problems of these patients.MethodTotal 76 breast cancer patients with radical surgery admitted in department of oncology of the people′s hospital of Leshan from Dec.2008 to Jan.2011 were assessed with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and the results were analyzed statistically.ResultsAll the 76 patients′ average scores of symptom factors were significantly higher than those of health Chinese(P<0.05).The mental health status were different among patients with different social supports(P<0.05).ConclusionIn breast cancer patients with radical surgery,their social support shows positive correlation with mental health status,and better social support and active nursing intervention can improve the mental health status of breast cancer patients with breast defect.
