腰椎间盘突出症500例CT分析

目的:讨论CT对椎间盘突出的诊断价值。方法:选择CT征像典型且临床症状符合的椎间盘突出500例,分析其CT表现。结果:中央型128例,后外侧型371例,椎间孔内或外型93例,突出伴膨出者391例,椎间盘真空变性78例。结论:CT能够显示椎间盘突出的各种征像,并能直观地显示椎管及侧隐窝的狭窄等。

CT analysis of 500 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Objective To discuss diagnostic value of CT in treating herniated disk.Methods CT Results Conclusion CT findings were analyzed by 500 patients with herniated disk who showed typical CT features and corresponding clinical symptoms.Results Of the total,there were 128 cases of central bulging type,371 cases of posterior-lateral type,93 cases of extrafor minal or intrafor minal type,391 cases of protruded disc with bulging and 78 cases of denaturation of vacuum intervertebral discs.Conclusion CT can show various features of herniated disk,directly indicate spinal canal stenosis,lateral crypt stenosis,and so forth.
