| 摘 要： | 根据《中华人民共和国药典（2020年版）》四部通则1142热原检查法，梳理热原实验全过程的实验流程，并结合实际经验，开发以热原实验过程为主线、家兔状态为辅线的信息管理系统，从而实现了热原实验中家兔全生命周期管理、热原实验全过程及结果可追溯、家兔状态管理的可视化管理。

| Abstract: | The experimental process of pyrogen test was sorted out according to the 1142 pyrogen test method of the fourth part of the Pharmacopoeia of the People''s Republic of China (2020 edition). Combined with practical experience, a management system was developed, which took the pyrogen test process as the main line and the rabbit state as the auxiliary line. The established computer management system realized the whole life cycle management of rabbits, the traceability of the whole process and results, and the visualization of rabbit state management in pyrogen tests. |
