护理延伸服务对宫颈癌腹腔镜术病人的康复研究

[目的]研究护理延伸服务对宫颈癌腹腔镜根治术病人的康复效果。[方法]连续选择68例病人随机分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组采用常规专科护理方案,观察组采用护理延伸服务方案,对比康复预后。[结果]两组病人随访时间10个月~20个月。应用欧洲癌症病人术后生存质量检测表(EORTC-C30)进行评价,6个月和12个月观察组的躯体、情绪、社会、角色和认知功能评分均显著高于对照组,且观察组组内12个月比6个月的各项评分升高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组的随访依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]护理延伸服务应用于宫颈癌腹腔镜根治术病人,可以提高远期生存质量。

Study on influence of nursing extended service on rehabilitation of patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparo-scopic surgery

Objective:To study the influence of nursing extended service on rehabilitation effect of patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical operation.Methods:A total of 68 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine specialist nursing scheme,and the patients in observation group used nursing extended service plan,and the prognosis of patients was compared.Results:Patients in two groups were followed up for 10 months to 20 months.They were evaluated by using EORTC C30,the of physical score,emotional score,social score,score of role and cognitive function of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group at postoperative 6 months and 1 2 months.The scores at postoperative 1 2 months were higher than those at postoperative 6 months in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Fol-low up compliance of patients in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing extended service applied in patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery could improve their long term survival quality.
