激励化护理管理对儿科护士职业倦怠感及生活质量的影响

[目的]探讨激励化护理管理对儿科护士职业倦怠感及生活质量的影响。[方法]将42名儿科护士根据工号单双分为观察组和对照组,每组21名,对照组按照常规的儿科护理管理模式进行管理,观察组在常规管理的基础上施行激励化护理管理模式,12个月后比较两组护士的工作积极性、自我效能感、职业倦怠感和生活质量。[结果]护理管理12个月后观察组护士的工作积极性评分、自我效能感评分均高于对照组(P均0.05);观察组护士职业倦怠感情感枯竭和去人格化倾向评分低于对照组、个人成就感评分高于对照组(P均0.01);观察组护士生活质量躯体感觉、工作能力、睡眠状态、生活满足感、社会参与能力及健康感觉评分均高于对照组(P均0.01)。[结论]激励化护理管理可明显降低儿科护士职业倦怠感及提高其生活质量。

Influence of motivational nursing management on job burnout and quality of life of pediatric nurses

Objective:To probe into the influence of motivational nursing management on job burnout and quality of life of pediatric nurses.Methods:A total of 42 cases of pediatric nurses were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the work number single double,2 1 cases in each.The nurses in control group received the management in accordance with the conventional pediatric nursing management model,the nurses in observation group received the motivational nursing management mode on the basis of the routine management.The working enthusiasm and sense of self efficacy,job burnout and quality of life of nurses were compared after 12 months.Results:At 12 months after nursing management,the work enthusiasm score and self effi-cacy score of nurses in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);and the job burnout score,emotional exhaustion score and de personalization tendencies score of nurses in observa-tion group were lower than those in control group.The scores of somatosensory,working ability,sleep,life satis-faction,social participation and health feeling of patients in observation group were higher than those incontrol group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Motivational nursing management could obviously reduce the job burnout of pedi-atric nurses and improve their quality of life.
