手术室护士评判性思维能力现状调查

目的了解手术室护士评判性思维能力的现状。方法采用中文版评判性思维能力问卷对83名手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果手术室护士评判性思维能力平均得分为(280.27±26.45)分;本科护士开放思想维度得分高于中专及大专护士(P<0.05);工作年限>10年的护士系统化能力维度得分高于≤5年的护士(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士总体具有正性评判性思维能力,可尝试通过继续教育和规范化专科培训提高手术室护士的评判性思维能力。

Critical thinking of operating room nurses

Objective To investigate the level of critical thinking among operating room nurses. Methods Eighty-three operating room nurses were investigated with Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version （CTDI-CV）. Results The average score of CTDI-CV was（280.27±26.45）. The factor score of open-mindedness in nurses with baccalaureate degree was higher than that of nurses with associate degree or diploma（P〈0.05）;the factor score of systematicity in nurses with over 10 years of work experience was higher than that of nurses with less than 5 years of work experience（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The operating room nurses show positive critical thinking. It is suggested to further improve their critical thinking through continuing education and standardized specialized training.
