掌侧锁定加压钢板结合外支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折

目的：探讨应用掌侧锁定加压钢板（lucking compression plate LCP）结合外支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法：自2003年5月至2009年5月,应用T形锁定加压钢板掌侧入路,跨腕关节外支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折40例。闭合性骨折32例,开放性骨折8例。术后进行腕关节功能随诊,X线片观察。结果：本次均获得随诊,骨折全部于3个月内愈合,术后X线评估结果满意。疗效优25例,良6例,可4例,优良率87.5%。结论：采用掌侧锁定加压钢板结合外支架治疗桡骨远端骨折具有复位简单、固定可靠、退钉率低、早期恢复腕关节功能的优势。

Locking Compression Plate of Palm Side Combining with Outer Trestle in Treament for Crushing Distal Radius

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of locking compression plate of palm side combining with outer trestle in treament for crushing distal radius.Method： From May 2003 to May 2009,forty patients of crushing distal radius were treated with locking compression plate of palm side combining with outer trestle over wrist joint.32 cases were closed broken bone.8 cases were opened.All patients were investigated on function after operation and observed by X-ray.Result： All patients had been cured in three months.The result was satisfied on evaluation in X-ray after operation.The 25 cases＇ effection were the best.6 cases were better.4 cases were good.The excellent rate was 87.5 percent.Conclusion： The superiority was simple resumption place,and reliable fixity,and less the rate of retreated screw,and earlier resumption the function of the wrist joint,that we treated for crushing distal radius with locking compression plate of plam side combining with outer trestle.
