按护士特质上岗的护理管理模式研究

目的]通过改变现有护理体系人才考核手段，建立护理特质分级、考核、使用体系，形成护理特质管理新模式。方法]自2007年1月至今在外科病区进行试点，采用开放式提问与回答方式，运用个案模块程序化题库对所有护理人员进行考核，由护理专家对被考核人员进行评估、分类、分级，实现按特质上岗。结果]病人满意率、健康教育知识得分、护理质量明显提高。结论]实施护理特质管理使护士个性特质得以施展，有利于提高病人满意度和护理质量。

A study on nursing management mode based on special characteristic of nurses to arrange their posts

Through changing the existing examination means for nursing talents of nursing system, to establish a system for nursing special characteristic grading,examination and application, so as to form the new mode of nursing special characteristic management. Methods： Surgical department ward were selected as test area since January in 2007 up to now. By adopting opening mode of asking and answering, all nursing staffs were examined with case module programmed question bank to collect information. Then they were assessed, classified and graded by nursing specialists. And nurses work on their post based on their special characteristics. Results： The satisfaction rate and health education scores of patients, and the quality of nursing have been enhanced remarkably. Conclusion： To put nursing special characteristic management into practice has displayed the talent of individual special characteristic of nurses, which could help to enhance both the satisfaction degree of patients and the quality of nursing.
