| 摘 要： | 干眼和眼表疾病为眼科最常见疾病。本文报告包括干眼症在内的各种眼表疾病６８例１００眼，应用正大维他和维伦滴眼液治疗，获得良好的疗效。在这些滴眼液内含有玻璃酸钠粘多糖类粘性增强剂，可延长药液在角膜前表面的仪时间和增强药效。在治疗中未出现任何副作用。

| Abstract: | The dry eye(tear film dysfunction) and ocularsurface diseases are the most commonly diseases in ophthalmic clinic. The authors report the clinical excellently effects of 68 cases(100 eyes) with ocularsurface diseases in which contains dry eye, to treatment with C. P. Bright eye drops and Vilon eye drops made by Shandong C.P. Freda Pharmaceutical Co. LTP. In these eye drops, they contain viscosity-enhancing polysaccharide such as sodium hyaluronate, which will prolong the residence time of the eye drops on the precorneal surface and enhancing the therapic effect. It appear to be an effective and safe agent and is indicated for use to treatment of dry eye syndrome and most infective or noninfective ocularsurfane diseases. |
