医疗机构在医院感染控制及消毒隔离工作中存在的问题

目的通过对医院感染因素调查和消毒效果监测,了解医院感染工作存在的问题和危险因素。方法用现场采样和调查方法进行了评价。结果消毒效果监测共抽样1931份,总合格率为74.7%。医院室内空气平均合格率为50%;物体表面合格率为91.8%;医护人员手合格率为75.3%。检测使用中消毒液235份,平均合格率为94.9%;诊疗用品合格率为59.2%;卫生洁具合格率为97.5%。压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果监测合格率为100%;紫外线灯辐射强度合格率为52.5%,医院排放污水粪大肠杆菌检测合格率为61.1%。结论医院感染率及医院感染漏报率均符合国家有关标准,部分医院室内空气消毒合格率较低;医院消毒质量整体比较好。

PROBLEMS IN CONTROL OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTIONS AND DISINFECTION-ISOLATION WORK IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

Objective To know the problems and risk factors for nosocomial infections through investigation of nosocomial infection factors and monitoring of disinfection efficacy.Methods On-the-spot sampling and investigation were used to carry out evaluation.Results A total of 1931 samples were collected for monitoring of disinfection efficacy and the overall eligible rate was 74.7%.The average eligible rate of indoor air in hospital was 50%.The eligible rates of surfaces and hands of medical staffs were 91.8% and 75.3% respectively.235 samples of disinfection solutions in use were examined and the average eligible rate was 94.9%.The eligible rate of medical appliances and sanitary toilet appliances were 59.2% and 97.5% respectively.The eligible rates of monitoring of autoclave sterilization efficacy,radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamps and fecal E.coli examination of hospital sewage were 100%,52.5% and 61.1% respectively.Conclusion Both nosocomial infection rate and the rate of failing to report nosocomial infections met the national standard.The eligible rate of disinfection of indoor air in some hospitals was relatively low and the disinfection quality of the hospitals as a whole was relatively good.
