精细化护理干预在果酸换肤术治疗黄褐斑中的应用价值

目的 探讨精细化护理干预在果酸换肤术治疗黄褐斑中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2021年 1月-2023年1月收治的经果酸换肤术治疗的28例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每 组14例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以精细化护理，比较两组护理效果、护理满意度以及生活质量。 结果 观察组护理总有效率高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0.05）；观察组干预后生活质量评分高 于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。结论 精细化护理干预应用于果酸换肤 术治疗黄褐斑患者中效果确切，可改善患者的生活质量，且患者满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Application Value of Refined Nursing Intervention in Chloasma Patient Treated with Glycolic Acid Peels

Objective To explore the application value of refined nursing intervention in chloasma patient treated with glycolic acid peels. Methods A total of 28 patients with chloasma treated with glycolic acid peels in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 14 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given refined nursing. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of refined nursing intervention in chloasma patient treated with glycolic acid peels is effective, which can improve the quality of life, with high patients'' satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical application.
