经腹直肠癌切除术后患者主要照顾者心理弹性的影响因素分析

目的：调查经腹直肠癌切除术后患者心理弹性现状并分析其影响因素。方法：采用一般资料调查问卷、心理弹性量表（CD-RISC）、照顾负担量表（ZBI）、简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ)对138例经腹直肠癌切除术后患者主要照顾者进行调查。结果：经腹直肠癌切除术后患者照顾者心理弹性得分为（60.36±18.70）分，处于低等水平。多重线性回归分析结果显示：积极应对方式、手术方式、照顾负担等因素是心理弹性的影响因素，可共同解释心理弹性的52%的变异。结论：经腹直肠癌切除术后患者主要照顾者心理弹性水平低，医护人员应加强患者及其照顾者对手术相关知识的认知，提高其主要照顾者的积极应对水平，减轻其照顾负担，提高其照顾者心理弹性水平。

Analysis of influencing factors of psychological resilience of primary caregivers for patients with Dixon

Objective: To research the status of psychological resilience of primary caregivers for Dixon patients analyze its influencing factors.Methods: A survey of 138 primary caregivers was performed using a general data questionnaire,Connor-Davidson resilience scale（CD-RISC） ,Zarit burden interview(ZBI),and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ).Results:The score of the caregiver’s resilience was（60.36±18.70）,which was at a low level.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors such as positive coping style, surgical style, and burden of care were influencing factors of resilience,which could explain the 52% variation of psychological resilience.Conclusion:The level of psychological resilience of the main caregiver of patients with Dixon is low. Medical staff should help them to improve the active coping level and reduce care burden, so as to improve the level of resilience.
