护士对多点执业态度的质性研究

目的：了解护士对多点执业的态度，为护士多点执业政策的推行提供借鉴。方法：选取天津市某医院共15名护士进行访谈，采用现象学分析法对资料进行分析归纳和提炼主题。结果：护士认为实行护士多点执业的限制因素包括3主题，分别为担心入户操作增加医疗隐患，给护士人身安全带来威胁、护理工作规范不统一，护士胜任力参差不齐和加剧工作—家庭角色冲突。护士多点执业益处包括3主题，分别为增加经济收入、提升综合能力，实现自我价值和实现优质资源共享。结论：护士对多点执业政策持有利弊结合的态度，要想充分发挥多点执业对自身及社会带来的益处，必须在工作、家庭及社会等多方面提供支持，不断完善相关政策法规，为护士多点执业提供良好氛围，为其顺利实施提供保障。

A qualitative research on attitude towards multi-sitedpractice among nurses

Objective:To investigate the attitude towards Multi-sited Practice among nurses and provide reference for the implementation of multi-sited nursing practice policy. Methods: A total of 15 nurses in a hospital in Tianjin were selected for the interview. The data were analyzed and summarized by phenomenological analysis. Results: 3 themes of the restrictive factors in the implementation of multi-sited nursing practice were extracted, including the increase of medical risks threatening to the personal safety of nurses, the inconsistency of nursing work standards, the imbalance of nurses’ competency and the conflict between work and family. And 3 themes of the benefits of this policy were the increase of economic income, the improvement of comprehensive ability and realizing self-worth, and sharing high-quality resources. Conclusion: Nurses hold an attitude of combining advantages and disadvantages of the multi-sitedpractice. In order to give full play to the benefits of multi-sited practice to themselves and the society, it is essential to provide support in many aspects including work, family and society. We also need constantly improve relevant policies and regulations, so as to provide a good atmosphere to ensure its implementation.
