超级强台风袭击的紧急医疗救援

随着全球气候变暖，社会与经济迅猛发展，环境和生态压力加剧，我国面临各种灾害的威胁，沿海地区台风、洪涝灾害发生频率呈明显上升趋势。2006年8月10日17：25，超强台风“桑美”正面袭击浙江苍南县，给苍南大地带来空前灾难，“桑美”台风是新中国成市以来登陆祖国大陆最大的台风灾害事件。本次台风造成受伤人数2484例。死亡193例，失踪11例。苍南广大医务人员发扬救死扶伤、连续作战精神，2484例伤员均得到及时救治，其中2013例轻伤员经急诊清创、缝合、对症治疗后24h内离院；收住院伤病员471例，其中危重患者94例，手术治疗156例，3d内出院216例，4～7d出院145例，8～10d出院65例，10d以上出院45例，均为临床治愈，无1例院内死亡。应对重大突发灾害事件，建市完善的应急医疗体系，实行院外、院内一体化急救模式，强化急救演练，多部门协调配合，是降低灾害事件所致伤员死亡率和伤残率的有力保障。

Emergency medical relief during attack of the severe typhoon

Along with global climbing climate, rapid growth of social life and economy, and the imbalance of ecological environment, the incurrence of various threats of natural disasters, such as typhoon and floods happen more frequently nationwide. ＂Saomai＂, the most severe typhoon since 1949 slammed CangNan County right at the front at 17：25 on August 10, 2006, cost a great casualty to the county, including 2,484 injured, 193 killed, and 11 missed. The CangNan medical personnel, carrying forward the spirit of the humanitarian rescue and unyieldingness, successfully saved the 2,484 injured people. 2,013 of them with minor injury were discharged within 24 hours after outpatient treatment. Among the 471 hospitalized were 94 in critical condition, and 146 received the surgery. 216 were discharged in three days; 145 were discharged in between four and seven days; 65 were discharged in between eight and ten days; and only 45 were discharged after the ten days. All 2,484 injured were discharged with full recovery. In order to keep the lowest casualty toll in any major natural disaster, it is primarily important for us to perfect our emergency medical rescue system, implement the integration of pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency model, strengthen emergency training programs and multi-departments＇ coordination.
