碱烧伤对兔球结膜微循环影响及纳络酮的干预作用

摘    要:
目的探讨碱烧伤初期家兔球结膜微循环(BCM)变化规律及机制,并进一步研究纳络酮(NAL)对烧伤后初期微循环的紊乱是否有改善作用。方法将20只成年健康家兔随机平均分为烧伤组和烧伤+NAL组,观测致伤前和致伤后共五个时相,分别为烧伤前30min、烧伤后即刻、烧伤后30、60120min(分别记录为T0、T1、T2、T3、T4);烧伤+NAL组在致伤后立即给予静脉注射NAL干预。结果两组后四个时相的总积分和形态、流态、周围状态的积分值分别与自身T0时相比较,都有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01或P<0.001),且对红细胞聚集状态、流速以及微血管管径分别进行比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论碱烧伤后家兔的球结膜微循环有严重的改变;而NAL对微循环的变化有一定的改善作用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the vivo changes in bulbar conjunctival microcirculation (BCM) of basylous burned rabbits during early burning to study the regularity and characters of its changing, further more to study the Naloxone(NAL)'s effect to improve the microcirculatory changes during early burning . Mehtods 20 adult rabbits were randomly divided into two groups,10 in each group, burning group and burning plus NAL group. The time was divided into five phases, 30min before burning, immediately?30min ?60min?120min after burning. and Rabbits in the burning plus NAL group were injected NAL immediately after burning. Next, the 11 indexes of BCM were observed and recorded. Results In comparison of the scores with the basic state of BCM in themselves after burning, there is signifcant difference in the two groups after burning(P<0.05, P <0.01or P< 0.001). Conclusion The experiment found that the BCM of rabbits in 2 hours after burning had significant changes and appeared capsule,microangiaknob,hemolacking area,terminated blood flow and perivascular blood,and the NAL could improve and adjust microvascular hemorheology of burned rabbits.
