封闭及埋肠线联合治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床研究

目的：研究封闭加埋肠线联合治疗原发性三叉神经痛（Idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia,ITN）的临床效果。方法：130例ITN病例分别行封闭加埋线术治疗（治疗组）和口服卡马西平治疗（对照组）,3个月后比较其疗效。结果：3月后,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,且无明显不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率约为89.23%。结论：封闭加埋肠线术是治疗ITN的理想方法之一,其疗效肯定。

Clinical research in treating idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia through the combined treatment with catgut embedding and block therapy

Objective:To imestigate the clinical effect of treating Idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia (ITN) by the combined treatment with catgut embedding and block therapy. Method:130 cases of ITN patients were treated by different methods. 80 ones (treatment group) were treated through combined treatment with block therapy and catgut embedding in one period of treatment,and the others (control group) took Carbamazepine with a typical dosages being 200-400 mg/d for 1 month. After 3 months,The clinical effects were analyzed. Result:After 3 months, the clinical effects of the treatment group were superior to the control ones,and had no side effects. The side effects of the latter occurred at about 89.23%.Conclusion:The combined treatment with catgut embedding and block therapy was an effective way to cure ITN.
