模糊数学在医院干部考核中的应用

摘    要:将模糊数学模型应用到医院干部综合考核中,通过建立综合考核数学模型,对33位中层党政干部的任期内考核结果进行数据处理,得出综合考核总分,为院领导选拨聘用干部提供了科学依据,这是模糊数学模型在医院管理领域内的一次成功运用。

Abstract:This paper deals with the magic functions of fuzzy mathematics in the comprehensive assessment of the hospital carders. There used to be such malpractices as bureaucracy and favoritism existing in the assessment. With the comprehensive assessment mathematics model set up, the data of the assessment results of the 33 middle- level carders was processed and a general score was produced, which provides a scientific basis for the hospital management to select and promote some carders. This is a case in point where the fuzzy mathematics model successfully used in the field of hosDital management.
