针刀治疗强直牲脊榷炎60例

目的：观察针刀治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例。2组均给予双氯芬酸钠，50mg／次，2次／d，口服，连续用药1个月。治疗组在此基础上加用针刀治疗。结果：总有效率观察组为93．33％，对照组为73．33％，2组相比差异显著（P〈0．05）。2组晨僵时间、15m步行时间、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、血沉（ESR）等观察指标治疗后均有改善（P〈0．05），治疗组改善更明显（P〈0．05）。结论：针刀治疗AS疗效显著，并可降低ESR、CRP水平，缩短晨僵时间、15m步行时间。

Treating 60 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis by Needle-knife

Objective： To investigate therapeutic effects of needle-knife in treating ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Method： Altogether 120 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group. Both groups be- gan to take diclofenac sodium orally, 50mg each time, twice per day, for one consecutive month. The treatment group were treated with needle-knife on the foundation. Result： Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than 73.33% of the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The time of morning stiff- ness, 15m walking time, ESR, CRP and other indexes were improved in both groups after treating （P〈0.05）, the im- provement of the treatment group was more notable （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Needle-knife in treating AS could gain better effects, it could also decrease the levels of ESR and CRP, shorten the time of morning stiffness and 15m walk- ing time.
