针刀结合康复训练治疗腰神经后内侧支卡压性腰痛30例

目的：观察针刀结合康复训练治疗腰神经后内侧支卡压性腰痛的疗效。方法：将60例腰神经后内侧支卡压性腰痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用针刀结合康复训练治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗，2组均以治疗3周为1个疗程。结果：1个疗程后愈显率治疗组为90．00％，对照组为66．67％，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针刀结合康复训练疗法治疗腰神经后内侧支卡压性腰痛属标本兼治，患者依从性高，疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on Needle-knife Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Treating 30 Cases of Nervi Lumbales Rami Medialis Compression Lumbago

Objective： To explore clinical effects of needle-knife and rehabilitation training in treating nervi lumbales rami medialis compression lumbago. Method： All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases each group. The treatment group received needle-knife and rehabilitation training, the control group routine needling. Three weeks were one course of treatment. Result： After one course of treatment, markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, higher than 66.67% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Needle-knife cooperated with rehabilitation therapy could obtain definite effects in treating the patients who are showing high compliance.
