矩阵针刺法对椎动脉型颈椎病椎动脉血流的影响

目的：观察矩阵针刺法对椎动脉型颈椎病椎动脉血流的影响。方法：选取125例椎动脉型颈椎病患者，随机分为2组，对照组静脉滴注银杏达莫注射液联合口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊，治疗组以矩阵针刺治疗联合口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊。2组连续治疗1O天，观察并比较2组收缩期峰值流速（Vs）、平均血流速度（Vm）、阻力指教（RI）、动脉搏动指数（PI）。结果：2组治疗后Vs、Vm均明显提高，RI、PI明显下降（P〈0．05），与对照组比较，矩阵针剌可显著提高Vs、Vm值（P〈0．05），降低阻力指数（JP〈0．05）。结论：矩阵针刺可以提高椎动脉血流，改善血流动力学，为临床治疗椎动脉型颈椎病提供依据。

Effects of Matrix Needling Method on Blood Flow of Vertebral Artery in Patients with Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective： To survey the influence of matrix needling method on blood flow of vertebral artery in patients suffering from cervicat spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Method： Altogether 125 patients were random- ized into two groups. The control group accepted intravenous dripping of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injec- tion, oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, the treatment group matrix needling and took flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. Peak velocity in contraction period （Vs）, average blood flow rate （Vm）, resistance index （RI）, arterial pul- satility index （PI） of both groups were observed and compared when both groups were treated for ten consecutive days. Result： Vs and Vm of both groups were increased significantly after treating, Ill and PI were decreased evi- dently （P〈0.05）, compared with the control group, Vs and Vm values could be improved significantly by matrix needling（P〈0.05）, RI was lowered（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Matrix needling could raise blood flow of vertebral artery and improve hemodynamics, which could provide evidence for the therapy of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery tvlge.
