中医护理对老年慢牲功能性便秘患者便秘知识知跷率及护理满意率的影响

目的：探讨中医护理干预对老年慢性功能性便秘患者便秘知识知晓率及护理满意率的影响。方法：将100例老年慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，2组均按肛肠科护理常规进行护理，观察组在肛肠科常规护理基础上给予温水足浴、腹部按摩、穴位按摩等中医护理干预措施，比较2组饮食调理、情绪调控、适量运动、合理用药、危害认识等便秘防治知识知晓情况及对护理质量的满意情况。结果：饮食调理、情绪调控、适量运动、合理用药、危害认识等便秘防治知识知晓情况相比，差异显著（P〈0．05）。总满意率观察组为96．00％，对照组为88．00％，2组相比差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：中医护理有助于提高老年慢性功能性便秘患者便秘知识知晓率及护理满意率。

Effects of TCM Care on Nursing Satisfactory Rate and Constipation Knowledge Awareness Rate of Senile Patients with Chronic Functional Constipation

Objective： To explore the effects of TCM nursing intervention on nursing satisfactory rate and awareness rate of senile patients suffering from chronic functional constipation. Method： All 100 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Both groups received routine nursing, the observation group were also administered with TCM nursing intervention including foot bath in warm water, abdominal massage, acupoint massage and others. Nursing satisfactory conditions and constipation knowledge awareness including dietary regulation, emotional regulation, exercise, rational medication, the cognition to the harm and others in both groups were compared. Result： The difference was significant in the conditions of constipation prevention knowledge including dietary regulation, emotional regulation, exercise, rational medication, the cognition to the harm and others （P〈0.05）. Total satisfactory rate in the observation group was 96.00%, higher than 88.00% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing is helpful to improve nursing satisfactory rate and constipation knowledge awareness rate of senile patients with chronic functional constipation.
