个性化护理模式在肝病护理中的应用分析

目的探讨个性化护理模式在肝病护理中的应用价值。方法选取在该院接诊的95例肝病患者作为主要研究对象,采取随机性的方法,将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组有47例患者,患者接受常规护理,观察组有48例患者,在常规护理的基础之上,对其进行个性化护理干预,通过对两组患者进行不同的护理,观察两组患者护理后的生活质量,对两组患者的护理满意度进行比较,并做统计学分析。结果通过对患者进行相应的护理,观察组患者的生活质量较高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者的护理满意度为97.92%,对照组患者的护理满意为76.59%,显然观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,该组数据比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.5637,P〈0.05）。结论在肝病的临床治疗过程中,需要对其进行相应的护理,其中个性化护理能够有效提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广和使用。

Application of Personalized Nursing Model in the Nursing Care for Liver Disease

Objective To explore the application value of individualized nursing model in the nursing care for liver disease. Meth- ods 95 cases with liver disease admitted in our hospital were selected as the main subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 47 cases in the control group were given the conventional nursing, and 48 cases in the observation group were given the personalized nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing. Conclusion Corresponding nursing should be given to the patients with liver disease during the clinical treatment, and of which, individualized nursing Can effectively improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of the patients, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
