雌三醇联合萘普生栓用于绝经后妇女取环的临床分析

目的探讨对绝经后妇女行宫内节育器取出术前联合应用雌三醇软膏及复方萘普生栓的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月—2014年1月期间,要求取出宫内节育器的绝经期患者240例。将上述患者随机分为A、B、C、D4组,每组各60例。A组患者于取器前给予阴道用雌三醇软膏1周,B组患者于取器前给予肛门放置复方萘普生栓1枚,C组患者于取器前联合使用雌三醇软膏和复方萘普生栓,D组患者则直接进行宫内节育器取出手术。观察各组患者手术时宫颈软化扩张程度、术中综合反应及取器效果情况。结果 A、B两组患者间手术效果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,A、B两组的手术效果显著优于D组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,C组效果最好,显著优于其它各组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论绝经后妇女在行宫内节育器取出手术前,联合应用雌三醇软膏及复方奈普生栓,可以有效的改善患者宫颈条件,降低患者痛苦,并大大提高了手术的成功率。在临床应用上,该方法安全、经济有效、简单易行,适宜于广泛推广。

Clinical Effect of Estriol Cream Combined with Compound Naproxen Sup-positories for Removal of Intrauterine Device on Postmenopausal Women

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Estriol Cream combined with Compound Naproxen Suppositories used before removing the intrauterine device（IUD） in postmenopausal women. Methods 240 postmenopausal women required to remove the IUD from January 2010 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into four groups, group A, group B, group C and group D with 60 cases in each. Before removing IUD, Estriol Cream was used vaginally for 1 week for group A, Compound Naproxen Suppositories 1 used anally was given to group B, group C was given both Estriol Cream and Compound Naproxen Suppositories, while group D underwent the operation for removing IUD directly. The degree of cervical softening and expansion, intraoperative comprehensive response as well as the result of removing IUD were observed between the groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the result of removing IUD between group A and group B（P〉0.05）. The clinical effect was better in group A and group B than in group D（P〈0.05）. The clinical effect of group C was the best, which was significantly better than that of the other three groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Estriol Cream combined with Compound Naproxen Suppositories can effectively improve the cervical conditions of postmenopausal women before removing the IUD, alleviate the suffering of patients and increase the success rate of the operation greatly. It is safe, economic, effective, simple and feasible, so it is suitable for populariz-ing clinically.
