阿奇霉素治疗化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨并分析应用阿奇霉素治疗化脓性扁桃体炎患者的临床疗效。方法 选取该院收治的化脓性扁桃体炎患者112例,并随机分为两组,各56例。观察组、对照组分别给予患者阿奇霉素、青霉素钠进行治疗,对比分析其临床疗效。结果 观察组患者经阿奇霉素治疗后的总有效治疗率为98.21%,对照组患者经青霉素钠治疗后的总有效治疗率85.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.35,P=0.037)。观察组患者的退热、咽部疼痛缓解、扁桃体红肿消失、脓栓消除时间低于对照组(t=8.288,P=0.000;t=10.179,P=0.000;t=16.034,P=0.000;t=14.595,P=0.000)。结论 应用阿奇霉素治疗化脓性扁桃体炎患者,能够提高疗程结束后的治愈率,治疗效果更确切,改善患者临床症状迅速有效,值得推广。

Observation on the Clinical Curative Effect of Azithromycin in the Treatment of Suppurative Tonsillitis

Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of azifhromycm m the treatment ot suppurative tonsllmxs. Methods 112 patients with suppurative tonsillitis admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 56 eases in each. The observation group and the control group patients were given azithromyein, penicillin sodium treatment, respectively, and the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group patients was 98.21%, while that of the control group patients was 85.71%, the difference was significant(x2=4.35,P=-0.037). The time to defervescence, throat pain relief time, swollen tonsil disappearing time and pus bolt elimination time of the observation group were less than that of the control group, respectively (t=8.288,P=0.000;t= 10.179,P=0.000;t=16.034,P=0.000;t=14.595,P=0.000). Conclusion For patients with suppurative tonsillitis, Azithromycin can improve the cure rate with a precise treatment effect, and rapidly ameliorate the clinical symptoms, which is worthy of promotion.
