X线检查在内分泌骨关节病中的诊断价值分析

目的 探讨分析X线检查在内分泌骨关节病中的诊断价值。方法 分析2011年1月—2013年12月该院收治的内分泌骨关节病患132例根据随机数字表的方法分为两组。其中治疗组患者实施X线检查,对照组患者使用CT检查。结果 治疗组患者漏诊为2例,其诊断率为96.97%（64/66）。对照组患者漏诊为10例,其诊断率为84.84%（56/66）。两组患者诊断正确率相比具有较大差异性,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组患者的滑膜与结节增生疾病的检测率与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组患者的关节积液检测率为31.82%显著高于对照组的15.16%,其差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在临床诊断内分泌骨关节病中,通过较为系统、仔细的X线检查可以提供出较为确切的诊断,从而为临床诊治提供出更加有力的依据,值得在临床诊治内分泌骨关节病中大力推广使用。

Analysis of the Value of X-ray Examination in the Diagnosis of Endocrine Osteoarthritis

Objective To analyze and study the value of X-ray examination in the diagnosis of endocrine osteoarthritis. Methods 132 cases with endocrine osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were divided into two groups according to the random number table. Patients in the treatment group underwent X-ray examination and patients in the control group underwent CT examination. Results There were 2 cases of missed diagnosis in the treatment group, the diagnosis rate was 96.97%（64/66）, while in the control group, there were 10 cases of missed diagnosis, the diagnosis rate was 84.84%（56/66）. The difference in the diagnostic accuracy between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in the detection rates of synovium and nodular hyperplasia disease between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The detection rate of joint effusion in the treatment group was 31.82%, significantly higher than 15.16% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For clinical diagnosis of endocrine osteoarthritis, systematic and careful X-ray examination can provide a more precise diagnosis as a more strong evidence for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease, which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
