医院家庭一体化防治护理对重性精神病治疗的效果分析

目的探讨医院家庭一体化防治护理对重性精神病治疗的效果,用于指导临床治疗。方法选取该院2013年2月—2014年7月精神病科收治的重性精神病患者256例,对其采取医院家庭一体化防治护理,主要的内容包括对精神疾病防治工作人员进行培训来加强重性精神病患者的防治和监护及家庭护理,然后比较医院家庭一体化防治护理前后重性精神病患者的防治效果。结果开展医院家庭一体化护理后,重性精神病患者的肇事肇祸率较护理前下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;重性精神病患者的病情好转率、家庭参与率、监护率和服药依从性均较护理前提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论对重性精神病患者实施医院家庭一体化防治护理提高了其的防治效果,是一种有效的护理办法,值得临床推广。

Analysis of the Effect of Hospital-family Integrated Prevention,Treatment and Nursing on the Treatment of Severe Mental Illness

Objective To mainly discuss the effect of hospital-family integrated prevention, treatment and nursing on the treatment of severe mental illness so as to guide the clinical treatment. Methods 256 patients with severe mental illness admitted in the psychiatric department of our hospital were selected. Hospital-family integrated prevention, treatment and nursing was given to the patients, which mainly included training the mental disease prevention and treatment staff for strengthening the prevention, treatment, guardianship and home care of patients with severe mental illness. Then the prevention and treatment effects were compared before and after the implementation of hospital-family integrated prevention, treatment and nursing. Results After the implementation of hospital-family integrated nursing, the rate of causing accident in patients with severe mental illness was lower than that be-fore the implementation（P〈0.05）; The rate of improvement in the disease, the family participation rate, guardianship rate and medication compliance were higher than those before the implementation（P〈0.01）. Conclusion For patients with severe mental illness,the implementation of hospital-family integrated prevention, treatment and nursing improves the prevention and treatment effect, it is an effective nursing measure and worth the clinical promotion.
