不同雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果分析

摘    要:目的分析不同雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果。方法随机将该院收治的100例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿分为A组和B组,临床对A组患者主要采用压缩雾化吸入剂雾化吸入治疗,而B组患者主要采用氧驱动雾化吸入治疗,并观察两组患者治疗效果。结果吸入前10 min,B组Sa O2为(89.34±6.34),A组为(94.5±5.49),吸入后10 min,B组Sa O2为(90±5.67),A组为(92±3.37),吸入后30 min,B组Sa O2为(91±4.12),A组为(90±6.27),吸入后10 min两组Sa O2对比,差异显著(P〈0.05),吸入前10 min和吸入后30 min,两组Sa O2差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。A组治疗后有效率为82.0%,而B组为92.0%,A组低于B组,但是两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论氧驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎效果显著,可行性以及安全性高,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of different atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods 100 cases of children with bronchiolitis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B. Patients in group A were mainly treated by atomization inhalation of compression atomizing inhalation clinically, and patients in group B were mainly treated by oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation. And the treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results 10 min before the inhalation, the Sa O2 of group B was(89.34 ± 6.34), and that of group A was(94.5 ± 5.49); 10 min after the inhalation, the Sa O2 of group B was(90 ± 5.67), and that of group A was(92 ± 3.37); 30 min after the inhalation, the Sa O2 of group B was(91 ± 4.12), and that of group A was(90 ± 6.27); the difference in Sa O210 min after the inhalation between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05), while the differences in Sa O210 min before the inhalation and 30 min after the inhalation between the groups were not statistically significant(P〉0.05). After treatment, the treatment efficiency of group A was 82.0%,lower than 92.0% of group B, but the difference had no statistical significance(P〉0.05). Conclusion Oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation has significant effect on children with bronchiolitis with high feasibility and safety, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
