门诊妇科护理中应用健康教育对阴道炎患者依从性的影响研究

目的探讨门诊妇科护理中应用健康教育对阴道炎患者依从性的影响。方法选取96例于该院门诊治疗的妇科阴道炎患者作为研究对象,收集患者临床资料并对其进行回顾分析,将96例患者根据随机分组的方法进行分组,其中对观察组50例患者实施健康教育护理干预,对对比组46例患者实施常规护理干预,对两组患者护理干预效果进行观察,并比较各组患者的依从性。结果从两组患者治疗依从性的情况上看,观察组患者在不同疗程的治疗依从性均明显好于对比组,其中观察组总依从率平均为92.7%,对比组为29.0%,两组患者依从性相较观察组依从率明显较高（P〈0.05）。结论在门诊妇科护理中对阴道炎患者实施健康教育可显著提高患者依从性,促使患者康复,具有重要意义。

Study on the Influence of Health Education Applied to Outpatient Gynecological Nursing on the Compliance of Patients with Vaginitis

Objective To observe and summarize the influence of health education applied to outpatient gynecological nursing on the compliance of patients with vaginitis.Methods 96 cases with vaginitis treated in the gynecological outpatient of our hospital were selected as the subjects.And the clinical data of the patients were collected and analyzed retrospectively.The 96 cases were randomly divided into the observation group of 50 cases treated with the healthy education nursing intervention,and the control group of 46 cases treated by the conventional nursing intervention.The effects of nursing intervention were observed and the com-pliance of the patients was compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of the observation group in different courses of treatment were better than that of the control group,the average total compliance of the observation group was 92.7%,significantly higher than 29.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Healthy education applied to the gynecological nursing for outpatient patients with vaginitis is of great significance in significantly improving the compliance and promoting the rehabilitation of the patients.
