全身呼吸操锻炼对COPD患者肺功能的影响

目的探讨全身呼吸操锻炼改善慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者肺功能的效果。方法 2010年6月～2011年5月我院60例COPD患者随机分成常规治疗组和全身呼吸操组,呼吸操组在常规治疗组的基础上鼓励患者进行全身性呼吸操锻炼。测定治疗前后肺功能、6分钟步行距离、血清白三烯、呼出气中一氧化氮浓度。结果呼吸操组的肺功能、6分钟步行能力、血清白三烯水平、呼气NO含量均较常规治疗组明显改善(p<0.05)。结论全身呼吸锻炼方便易行、可行性高;能明显促进COPD患者肺功能的改善,提高机体耐力,改善生活质量,值得推广。

THE EFFECT OF RESPIRATORY EXERCISE ON IMPROVING PULMONARY FUNCTION OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE PATIENTS

Objective To explore the effects and mechanisms of respiratory exercise on improving pulmonary function of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease （COPD） patients. Methods Sixty patients with COPD were ran- domly allocated into control group or intervention group. Both groups received routine medicine therapy and scheduled healthy knowledge education. The intervention group was required to do respiratory exercise additionally. Pulmonary function, 6 -minute pace distance, serum leukotriene and fractional exhaled nitric oxide were measured. Results Compared with control group, pulmonary function, the ability of 6 - minute pace distance in the intervention group were improved significantly, （p 〈 0.05 ）, serum leukotriene and FENO in the intervention group were decreased sig- nificantly （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Respiratory exercise is easy and simply feasible to implement, particularly general breathing exercise can improve pulmonary function and quality of life of COPD patients. It is well worthy to use in real clinical practice.
