喉癌术后患者癌因性疲乏与焦虑抑郁的相关性

目的调查喉癌术后患者癌因性疲乏与焦虑、抑郁现状，并探讨其相关性。方法采用目的抽样法，选取上海市某三级甲等医院2009年6月至2010年12月77例喉癌患者为研究对象，采用Piper癌因性疲乏量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表对其进行调查。结果喉癌患者癌因性疲乏发生率为94．81％，焦虑阳性率为79．22％，抑郁阳性率为72．73％。患者疲乏总均分及其各维度得分均与焦虑、抑郁呈显著正相关（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论喉癌患者癌因性疲乏发生率高，且与焦虑、抑郁水平密切相关，护理人员需重视患者心理问题。

Correlation between cancer - related fatigue and anxiety and depression in postoperative patients with laryngocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlation of cancer - related fatigue （CRF） with anxiety and depression in postoperative patients with laryngocarcinoma. Methods By purpose sampling,77 laryngocarcinoma patients from June,2009 to December,2010 in Shanghai were recruited. The Piper Cancer - Related Fatigue Scale and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale were used to collect data. Results Approximately 94.81% patients experienced fatigue. The incidence of anxiety and depression were 79.22% and 72.73% respectively. The total score and different dimensions scores of CRF had positive correlation with anxiety and depression （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The incidence of CRF in laryngocarcinoma patients is high, and has positive correlation with patient＇s anxiety and depression. Nurses should attach more attention to patients＇psychological problems.
