手、足部血管球瘤的临床诊治

目的总结手足部血管球瘤病例资料,提高诊断治疗水平。方法对16例手足部血管球瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果临床表现为单个手指、足趾局限性触压疼痛或自发性疼痛,遇冷加重。患指(趾)甲下可见暗紫色斑点;固定压痛点大头针压痛试验均为阳性,透光试验可为阳性。治疗方法为手术切除,病理检查均证实为血管球瘤,随访无复发。结论掌握手足部血管球瘤典型的临床表现,正确诊断并不困难,行肿瘤切除术是唯一有效的治疗方法,由专科医师施行精细的手术有利于防止复发。

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF GLOMUS TUMOR IN HAND OR FOOT

Objective Summarize medical cases of glomus tumor in hand or foot, in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods Make retrospective analysis of clinical data in 16 cases of glomus tumor in hand or foot. Results Clinical manifestation included local touching - pain, pressing pain, or spontaneous pain in single digit, which aggravated in cold condition; dark purple spot could be seen beneath the nail of affected digit; Love＇s test was positive in all cases and transillumination test could be positive. Therapeutic method was surgical re- section. All cases were pathologically diagnosed with glomus tumor. No recurrence during follow - up visit. Conclusion It is not difficult to make correct diagnosis with a good mastery of typical clinical manifestation of glomus tumor in hand or foot. The only effective treatment is tumor resection, and it is less likely to recur if operated elaborately by specialist physician.
