以导师为中心的OEC模式在手术室新护士培训中的应用

目的探讨以导师为中心的OEC模式在手术室新护士培训效果,为手术室新护士的入职培训教育提供依据。方法将2008～2010年新毕业的手术室护士分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规＂三基＂培训模式,实验组给予以导师为中心的OEC培训模式,保证手术室护理工作的有效性和适宜性,通过基础理论考核、操作考核和业务能力考核进行比较分析。结果实施以导师为中心的OEC模式后,实验组的手术室新护士在基础理论考核、操作考核和业务能力考核方面明显高于对照组（p〈0.05）。结论以导师为中心的OEC模式在手术室新护士培训中能明显提高手术室新护士的理论、操作和业务水平及术科医生的满意度,同时也提高了导师的管理能力和带教的责任心值得临床推广应用。在手术室新护士入职培训教育中值得进一步推广。

THE APPLICATION OF A TUTOR FOR OEC MODE IN OPERATING ROOM NEW NURSE TRAINING

Objective This essay tentatively explores the effect of new nurse training in operating based tutor-centered pattern to offer evidence for new nurse training in operating room. Methods The new operating nurses between 2008 and 2010 past three years were randomly divided into normal control group and test group.Normal control group were given routine examination pattern and the test group were given tutor-centered examination pattern.Ensure the effectiveness and comfort on nurses working in an operating theatre.Analyze and compares the basis theory assessment,operation examination and the business assessment. Results After the tutor-centered pattern was implemented,the new nurse in operation of test group was obviously higher than the normal control group on basis theory assessment,operation examination and the business assessment（p0.05）. Conclusion When the new nurse training in operating mode in the tutor-centered pattern training,the test group was higher than the normal control group on basis theory,operation ability,business ability and satisfaction to doctor.At the same time,improve the administrative ability and the clinical teaching responsibility of clinical nursing teachers.Our practice has proved that new nurse training in operation which based on a tutor-centered pattern is effective and worthy of popularization.In training new nurses entering a post in operating room it should be more implemented.
