医院档案管理工作的创新探究

新医改方案的出台,促进了医学模式的进一步调整,医院工作的重心也发生了一定的倾斜。在新医改的背景下,原有的医院的档案管理工作理念与运作模式,已经无法适应快速变化的需求,进行档案管理的探索和创新尤为重要。笔者结合医务工作的实践,探讨了新医改背景下开展档案管理工作的创新举措。

HOSPITAL FILE MANAGEMENT INNOVATION

Introduction of new medical reform program promote the further adjustment about medical mode, so as to the hospitals key work. In the context of the new medical reform, the original hospital file management concept and mode of operation has been unable to adapt to the rapidly changing requirements, so that the exploration and innovation of file management becomes particularly important. In the paper, I explore the innovation measures about the file management in the context of new medical reform.
