| 摘 要： | 目的观察高血压脑出血小骨窗开颅术后早期应用尼莫地平的临床疗效。方法将64例高血压脑出血小骨窗开颅术后的患者随机分为对照组和尼莫地平组,对照组采用脱水等常规治疗方法进行对症治疗,尼莫地平组在采用常规治疗基础上早期静脉使用尼莫地平。观察尼莫地平的临床有效率。结果应用尼莫地平组的神经功能缺陷评分及治疗后总有效率都优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血小骨窗开颅术后早期应用尼莫地平,能有效提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early treatment of nimodipine for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage（HCH） patients after key- hole craniotomy. Methods 64 operative patients with HCH were randomly divided into control group and nimodipine group after treatment of key - hole craniotomy, control group was given conventional treatment methods of dehydration and other symptomatic treatment, nimodipine group on the basis of conventional therapy plus intravenous infusion of nimodipine as soon as possible. Observe the effect of nimodipine treatment. Results After treatment, both the neurological function defect score and total effective rate of Nimodipine group are better than those of control group （p 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Use nimodipin sa soon as possible is an effective treatment of HCH after key - hole craniotomy. |
