| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微波凝固治疗肝癌的效果。方法在超声引导下或开腹直接穿刺肝肿瘤,用微波对39例患者（46个瘤体）进行治疗。结果治疗后1个月复查,39例患者中有30例血清AFP下降至正常,彩超显示85%（39/46）的瘤体内血流完全消失。结论微波凝固是一种有效、安全、简便治疗肝癌的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of ultrasound-guided(percutaneous) microwave coagulation therapy(MCT) for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods Thirty-nine patients with hepatocellular carcinoma including 46 tumour nodes underwent Ultrasound-guided percutaneous or paunch MCT therapy.Results The serum levels of AFP in 30 among 39 patient's were declined in 1 month after MCT and color doppler showed 85%(39/46)tumour nodes completely disappeared.Conclusion MCT is a effective,security,convenient therapy methods to HCC. |
