骨髓增生异常综合征患者血清IL-10、IL-12和sFas水平及其临床意义

目的探讨骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）患者血清白细胞介素10（IL-10）、白细胞介素12（IL-12）和可溶性Fas（sFas）水平及其在MDS免疫发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫夹心法（ELISA）检测25例MDS患者和20例正常人血清IL-10、IL-12、和sFas水平。结果与正常组比较-MDS患者IL-10和sFas水平明显升高（P〈0.01）；IL-12水平有增高趋势，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论MDS的免疫发病机制与造血细胞因子分泌紊乱有密切关系，检测血清IL-10、IL-12和sFas三种细胞因子水平，为MDS患者监测病情-评价疗效及免疫治疗提供较为客观的指标。

Determination of Serum IL-10,IL-12 and sFas in Patients with Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Objective To determine the levels of serum interleukin 10 (IL-10), interleukin 12 (IL-12), soluble Fas (sFas) in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), and to explore the association between the production of these cytokines and the pathogenesis of MDS. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect IL-10, IL-12 and sFas in serums of 25 patients with MDS and 20 normal controls. Results The levels of serum IL-10 and sFas were significantly higher in patients with MDS than in the control subjects (P<0.01). The levels of IL-12 in MDS patients tended to be higher than the control subjects, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The abnormal production of these cytokines is correlated with the pathogenesis of MDS. And these cytokines should be monitored in patients with MDS.
