| 摘 要： | 近些年,对胰岛素抵抗的认识逐渐增加,其在心脑血管疾病发展中所起的重要作用倍受关注.胰岛素抵抗时常伴有糖和脂代谢紊乱发生,通过异常的代谢途径最终使疾病向不可逆方向发展.因此,在改善胰岛素抵抗的同时,还要注重对糖和脂代谢的调节,即从整体对异常代谢环境进行治疗. |

| Abstract: | In recent years, the understanding of insulin resistance has been increased. It plays an important role in the development of cardio-/cerebro vascular disease. Along with the insulin resistance, metabolic dysfunction of Glucose and Lipid happened. Finally the diseases aggravate incurably through the abnormal metabolism pathway. Thus, the treatment of cardio-/cerebro vascular disease should not only improve insulin resistance, but also regulate dysfunction of Glucose and Lipid metabolism, namely a therapy to the whole abnormal metabolism. |
