兴奋压力感受器对大鼠脑区神经降压素含量的影响

摘    要:
采用放射免疫测定法,对静脉注射新福林升高血压以兴奋压力感受器时,大鼠孤束核、下丘脑及垂体等脑区神经降压素的含量进行了测定。结果表明,当兴奋压力感受器时,孤束核及下丘脑内神经降压素含量明显增高,而垂体中神经降压素含量无明显改变。这提示孤束核及下丘脑内源性神经降压素可能参与大鼠压力感受性反射的调节过程。

Abstract:
We measured by RIA the contents of immunoreactive neurotensin (NT) inrat's hypothalamus,pituitary and nucleus tracts solitarius (NTS) when phenyIephr.ine was injected intravenously.The results showed that when baroreceptor wasexcited,the contents of immunoreactive NT in hypothalamus and NTS increasedmarkedly.The content of immunoreactive NT in the pituitary remained unchanged.This indicates that the endoneous NT in NTS and hypothalamus may be involvedin the central mechanism of baroreceptor reflex.
