| 摘 要： | 目的观察分段齿形结扎并悬吊术治疗混合痔合并直肠黏膜内套叠的疗效。方法符合混合痔诊断标准并且有直肠黏膜脱垂40例，采用结扎悬吊术治疗。结果治愈37例，好转3例，总有效率100％。结论本术式价格低廉，患者痛苦小、并发症少，是一种安全有效的治疗环状混合痔合并有轻中度黏膜内套叠的方法。 |

Clinical application of segmental dentate iigation with suspension technique in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids complicated with rectal internal mucous intussusception |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of segmental dentate ligation with suspension technique in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids complicated with rectal internal mucous intussusception. Methods Forty patients with mixed hemorrhoids complicated with rectal internal mucous intussusception were treated by segmental dentate ligation plus suspension technique. Results Thirty-seven cases were cured and 3 were improved. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Segmental dentate ligation with suspension technique is an effective and safe procedure for mixed hemorrhoids complicated with rectal internal mucous intussusception. |
