| 摘 要： | 目的鼻腔鼻窦疾病会影响中学生的血液红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)和记忆商,文中观察鼻腔鼻窦疾病治疗后中学生的RBC和记忆商的变化。方法选取2006年7月至2010年2月,患鼻腔鼻窦疾病的46名在校中学生,分别在治疗前和治疗2年后,常规取静脉血,检测比较血液RBC计数、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,HB)、红细胞比积(R比积)、红细胞均积(R均积)等8项指标,并采用临床记忆量表进行记忆商的测试。结果治疗后RBC、HB、R比积较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),而记忆商显著上升(P<0.01)。结论治疗鼻腔鼻窦疾病可明显改善中学生的血液RBC和记忆商。
