湖北省娱乐场所女性商业性服务者艾滋病知识调查

目的了解湖北省娱乐场所女性商业性服务者艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为状况，获取有现实意义的本底资料，为针对性干预策略的制定和实施提供科学依据。方法对湖北省48个项目地区的娱乐场所女性商业性服务者6052人按照二阶段抽样的原则开展面对面现场问卷调查。结果不同特征的娱乐场所性服务者艾滋病相关知识水平有较大差别，艾滋病相关问题全部回答正确者占33．7％，知道3种主要传播途径者仅占62．7％。虽然有81．0％的性服务者认为正确使用安全套可以预防艾滋病，但回答最近一次商业性行为中使用安全套的性服务者只占68．5％，过去1个月每次都用的仅占32．3％，出现知识与行为分离的现象。不同场所、不同文化程度的性服务者安全套获得途径以及性病处理方式均有显著性差异（P＜0．001）。结论大力开展安全套推广使用工作，通过培训、外展和同伴教育等方式对性服务者开展的预防艾滋病健康教育和行为干预工作有利于此类人群改变高危行为。

AIDS knowledge and behavior among female sex workers in entertainment places in Hubei Province

Objective To know about the knowledge and attitude to AIDS among the female sex workers(FSWs) in entertainment places(EPs) in Hubei Province.Methods The structured questionnaire survey was conducted among the 6052 FSWs from 48 districts located in Hubei province.Results Only 33.7% of the interviewed FSWs knew the correct answers about AIDS knowledge.62.7% knew the three main transmitted ways of AIDS.81.0% of them considered AIDS could be prevented by correct condom use.Condom use rate in commercial sex was low.68.5% FSWs admitted using condoms in latest commercial sex.Only 32.3% used it in every commercial sex during the past month.There existed the knowledge and behavior divided phenomena.FSWs in different characters had varied ways to acquire condoms and attitude of dealing with STD(P<0.001).Conclusion Condom use program in EPs should be implemented to promote FSWs to change their high risk behavior.Health education campaign and intervention work should be carried out through training,outreach and peer education.
