PTEN,p27,CyclinD1在肾细胞癌中的表达

[目的]探讨PTEN,p27,CyclinD1在肾细胞癌组织中的表达情况及相互关系.[方法]利用免疫组织化学技术,检测PTEN,p27,CyclinD1在44例肾细胞癌及10例正常肾组织石蜡切片中的表达.[结果]PTEN,p27,CyclinD1在肾细胞癌组织中的表达率分别为41%,52%,64%,而在正常肾组织中分别为100%,20%,30%.PTEN与肾细胞癌的病理分级及临床分期呈负相关;p27,CyclinD1与肾细胞癌的病理分级呈负相关,与临床分期无相关性.[结论]PTEN,p27,CyclinD1可作为判断肾细胞癌分化程度的标志物.

Expression of PTEN, p 27 and CyclinD 1 in renal cell carcinoma

OBJECTIVE?To study the expression of PTEN, p?27 and CyclinD?1 and their correlations in ~human renal cell carcinoma.?METHODS?PTEN, p?27 and CyclinD?1 expression were studied in formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections of 44 cases of renal cell carcinoma and in 10 cases of nomal kidney tissues by immunohistochemistry.?RESULTS?The positive expression rate of PTEN, p?27 and CyclinD?1 in renal cell carcinoma were 41%, 52% and 64%, and those in normal kidney tissues were 100%, 20% and 30%, respectively. The expression of PTEN had negative correlation to the pathological grade and the clinical staging of renal cell carcinoma, p?27 and CyclinD?1 had negative correlation to the pathological grade, but no correlation to the clinical staging of renal cell carcinoma.?CONCLUSION?The PTEN, p?27, CyclinD?1 might be as markers for estimating the differentiation degree and will be as index for determining the prognosis in renal cell carcinoma.
