穴位注射治疗妊娠剧吐270例

目的:观察穴位注射治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法:将420例妊娠剧吐患者随机分为两组。对照组150例每天均静脉输液纠正水电解质平衡、静滴维生素B_6支持治疗,治疗组270例除每天均静脉输液纠正水电解质平衡、静滴维生素B_6外,加用双侧内关穴位注射维生素B_1。结果:治疗组及时照组的总有效率分别为100%、68%(P<0.01);停药2周后,治疗组及对照组的复发率分别为38%、0.085%(P<0.001)。结论:西医支持治疗结合穴位注射治疗妊娠剧吐较单纯西医支持治疗疗效好。

The 270 Cases Treatment of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in Drug Injection Therapy

Objective To observe the curative effect of hyperemesis gravidarum in drug injection therapy.Methods:420 cases patients of hyperemesis gravidarum were divided into two groups stochastically,150 cases in comparison group may take intravenous transfusion to redress water electrolyte balance,and sustaining treatment in vitamin B_6 every day;270 cases in treatment group may take drug injection therapy vitamin B~ in double inside in addition.Results:total efficiency of treatment group and comparison group are 100% and 68%(P<0.01);after quitting the drug 2 weeks,recurernce rate of treatment group and comparison group are 38% and 0.085%(P<0.001).Conclusion:The treatment with drug injection therapy for hyperemesis gravidarum is better than simplex treatment.
